I'm a tutor based in Atlanta, Georgia, where I enjoy bowling, reading, and shopping when I'm not working with students. I have my bachelor's degree in sociology from Northwestern University as well as my masters and specialist degrees in education curriculum and instruction. As a tutor, I'm able to provide services in a wide range of subjects, including math, English, and standardized test preparation. I've been teaching for the last nine years, and consider myself to be a passionate educator who is a lifelong learner. I'm currently a certified elementary school educator with a reading and coaching endorsement. I believe in the power of education, and am very passionate about helping students reach their educational goals. I specialize in working with students to improve their critical thinking skills. When a student successfully improves their ability to critically think, they are better prepared for success both inside and outside of the classroom.
